Young Entrants Support Scheme September 26, 2013 12:00 am The application window for the Young Entrants Support Scheme (YESS) in Wales will run from 30th September to 22nd November; a little earlier than in previous years. The scheme is open to farmers under 40 years of age who are setting up as head of a holding for the first time, or within the previous 12 months.
