Yound Entrants Suport Scheme May 1, 2013 12:00 am Since its launch in 2010 the Young Entrant Support Scheme (YESS) has helped 366 young and new entrants access £5.1 million in financial support throughout Wales. A review of the existing scheme will be carried out over the coming months and the report presented in June. The European Commission as well as the Scottish and Northern Irish Governments have expressed interest in the Scheme, which has been well received by the farming industry in Wales.
