YESS Scheme Opens August 27, 2014 12:00 am The Young Entrants Support Scheme (YESS) in Wales will open for applications on the 1st September 2014. The deadline for applications for the 2015/16 scheme year is the 30th November 2014. All applicants must have already registered an expression of interest in the scheme.
