Yes to YESS March 10, 2014 12:00 am The Young Entrants Support Scheme (YESS) operated by the Welsh Government will be extended for a further year. The scheme, which provides capital grants, advice and mentoring, will receive £1.8m to ensure it is open in 2014. Those eligible (under 40 and setting up as head of an agricultural holding) can express interest now. The formal application window opens on the 1st September and runs until the 30th November 2014.
