Welsh Restucture May 1, 2013 12:00 am As from 1st April, in Wales the Forestry Commission, Environment Agency and the Countryside Council for Wales merged into one. As reported in our October Bulletin, ‘Natural Resources Wales’ takes on the roles of the three organisations and will be responsible for a wide range of activities from packaging regulations to flood alerts.
