Welsh National Reserve

The Welsh Government has provided more detail on how those not automatically eligible for an entitlement grant in 2015 can secure support.  This covers applications to the National Reserve, as well as a route for those who were ‘agriculturally productive’ in 2013 but did not make a subsidy claim and so have no ‘Golden Ticket’.  The National Reserve will be open to New Entrants, Young Farmers, and those affected by force majeure in 2013 (meaning they could not make a full claim).  For more details see – http://wales.gov.uk/topics/environmentcountryside/farmingandcountryside/farming/schemes/basic-payment-scheme/9345786/?lang=en
