Welsh CAP Plans July 15, 2013 12:00 am Plans for implementing CAP reform in Wales are due to be formally announced at the Royal Welsh Show on the 22nd July. The Natural Resources and Food Minister, Alun Davies, will use the event to launch a consultation on how the new policy should be applied in Wales. This will set out options (and presumably give an idea of the Government’s preferences) in areas such as regionalisation, move to flat-rate payments, capping, greening and other issues.
