Tesco Cheese Pricing October 31, 2013 12:00 am Tesco has also announced it will be trialing a pricing model for its own-label cheese. The trial will run for 6 months with 30 farmers who supply Parkham Farms in Devon. Parkham make all Tesco’s mature and extra mature cheddar. Initially, the farmers will get the same price as the farmers supplying liquid milk to the Tesco Sustainable Dairy Group (TSDG). The next stage would then be to devise a separate cheese pricing model.
