SPS Online June 30, 2014 12:00 am The final figures for the 2014 SPS shows a 27% increase in online applications compared to the 2013 SPS. In total 70,249 applications were submitted online, despite issues with the IT system. This is around 70% of the total English claim population. It bodes reasonably well for the migration to a digital-by-default system in 2015, but, of course, there remain 30% of claimants who still need to be moved online.
