SPS Online May 24, 2013 12:00 am The RPAhas announced that more Single Payment application forms in England were submitted electronically than by paper for 2013. The Agency has stated that, as of 15th May, the Agency had received 99,481 applications, with 55,332 (56%) of these made online and 44,149 on the traditional paper SP5 form.
