SPS Deadline Extended June 6, 2013 12:00 am The RPA has announced that the deadline for ‘late’ SPS applications has been extended by one day this year. Applications will now be accepted up until midnight on 10th June, normally 9th June. The EU Commission has instructed the paying agencies to extend the deadline because the 9th June (the usual date) falls on a Sunday. Payments for applications made after 15th May will be reduced by 1% for each working day they are late up until 10th June (usually 9th June). Forms received after this deadline will not be accepted (except in cases of force majeure).
