SPS Claims 2014 February 20, 2014 12:00 am The online applications system for 2014 Single Payments was opened on the 20th February. A 2014 supplement to the 2013 SPS Guidance Booklet is also available, as is a (not very comprehensive) information note about CAP reform. The RPA will be e-mailing copies to all those registered with SPS Online in the next few days. Paper forms and guidance is being sent out from the 12th March. The usual deadline of 15th May applies for applications. This year there are no Drop-in Centres for last-minute forms.
