At points during the season this is bound to happen as local supply and demand forces have a greater influence. This divergence is likely to be relatively short lived; the European market has been on the up with supplies feeling tight but this may ease as harvest begins.  Globally, concerns over the potential impact of El Nino could influence the direction of the market.
