Second Scottish BPS Payments June 20, 2016 12:00 am The Scottish Government is shortly to begin paying the balance of the 2015 BPS. Most (but not all) farmers have already received 80% of their estimated funding. The remainder should be paid over the next couple of weeks. The Rural Economy Secretary Fergus Ewing has stated that the target is to make as many payments as possible by the 30th June.
