Scottish Tenant Farmers Survey January 24, 2014 12:00 am Survey forms are being sent out to all Scottish tenant farmers; responses will help to inform Ministers on the Agricultural Holdings Legislation review. This is considering, among other issues, the absolute right to buy for traditional secure 1991 agricultural tenancies. Reponses can be submitted online or on paper and must be received by 10th March 2014. A corresponding survey for landowners will be sent out shortly.
