Scottish Tenancy Review February 25, 2014 12:00 am The Scottish Agricultural Holdings Legislation Review Group has issued a ‘call for evidence’. It is asking the wider industry to comment on eight characteristics that it has identified as being crucial to a modern and dynamic tenanted farming sector. The Review was announced last summer (see Bulletin 06(2013)) with a team of six experts appointed in the autumn. It will submit an interim report in June this year, with a final report before Christmas.
