Scottish Farmers To Recieve Rebate

Scottish Rural Affairs Secretary, Richard Lochhead, has announced that Scottish farmers are to receive a £12.2 million rebate from unspent Financial Discipline reserves.  Around 14,600 farmers are expected to receive a share of the funds within the next few weeks.
