Scottish BPS Payment Rates November 3, 2016 12:00 am The problems with Basic Payments in Scotland continue, with many businesses still not having received the correct sums for the 2015 BPS (or anything at all in a few cases). This is partly due to the payment rates altering from those used to calculate the initial payments. As a result of lower areas being claimed the ‘per Ha’ values have been increased. The 2019 Base Payments are now €167.33 per Ha in Region 1 (previously estimated at €145 per Ha). Region 2 is €28.19 per Ha (€25), and Region 3 is €8.88 per Ha (€7). Greening payments have also been subject to an uplift. The Region 1 rate is now €82.94 per Ha (previously €75); Region 2 is €13.84 (€10) and Region 3 is €4.47 (€3).
