Scottish Agricultural Holdings Review June 26, 2014 12:00 am The Scottish Agricultural Holdings Legislation Review group has delivered its interim report. It really is a provisional document as it sets out the aspirations and vision of the group, provides an evidence base, and outlines the areas that need to be addressed. There are no recommendations at this stage, and few hints of what the final report might advocate. A separate chapter is devoted to the contentious issue of the right-to-buy. Again, this merely sets out the issues without any policy recommendations. The final report form the group is due in December.
