Rural Services Helpline September 29, 2015 12:00 am The Rural Services Helpline will be introduced on the 30th September. This will provide a single number for all Rural Payment Agency and Animal and Plant Health Agency queries. The Helpline number is 03000 200 301 and will be open Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm.
