Rural Payments Wales (RPW) Online July 30, 2013 12:00 am The Welsh Government has launched a new online system for farmers and agents to submit applications, track their progress and view entitlement statements electronically. From August, users will be able to monitor this year’s application, amend business details, view entitlements and opt to receive e-mail or text alerts. From November, it will be possible to see whether the Single Payment will be paid on 1st December. As from February 2014 the Single Application Form (SAF) will be available to complete on-line, with instant receipts and help with common errors. This year over half of the applications in England were made electronically. To use the online service, applicants will need an Activation Code this can be requested from the RPW Online helpdesk on 0300 062 5004. The business’s Customer Reference Number (CRN) will be required. Agents can act for clients after filling out a simple authorisation form.
