RPA Update Leaflet October 27, 2015 12:00 am The RPA is sending out a leaflet updating BPS claimants on their progress and what happens next. During October the RPA have been working on entitlement and land transfers submitted via RLE1. The RPA will confirm when transfers have been complete. Going forward, in November, the payment rates will be announced and anyone who applied for entitlements will know if they have been successful. The RPA are still stating that it is aiming to make the majority of payments by 31st December and will contact anyone who will be paid after the end of January, by which point the vast majority of claimants should be paid. Although the RPA continues to reassure claimants that payments will be made during December and January it remains prudent to budget for the money coming during the New Year.
