Record Payments From RPA December 15, 2014 12:00 am The RPA has made more payments than ever before on the first day of the payment window. The Agency paid out £1,370,328,624 to 96,669 SPS customers on the 1st December. This equates to 95% of all SPS customers and 91.4% of the total funds, beating its end of December target on the first day of the month.
