Record Breaking Year for RPA December 4, 2013 12:00 am It has been a record breaking year for the Rural Payments Agency (RPA). The Agency has announced that 95,600 farmers received their Single Payments on the first day of the payment window. The payments reached 92.3% of claimants and represented 89.3% of the funds. These payment figures are the best ever. The RPA has a commitment to pay 86% of payments by value and 93% of claimants by the end of this year.
