Payments December 4, 2012 12:00 am The RPA is said to be some 25% ahead of where they were last year in terms of validating claims. It is expected that a good proportion of English claimants will be paid on or very soon after the 3rd December when payments will commence (the 1st is a Saturday). The Agency has already stated that it will prioritise payments to dairy farmers. It is likely that those farmers that will not be paid in December will be written to by the RPA explaining the reasons.
