Next BPS Guidance

It seems likely that the next (and final) CAP Update booklet from DEFRA will be sent out between Christmas and New Year.  It may be available online before then though.  This will be the last in the series of updates and should provide more detail on the Active Farmer test (and hopefully some other outstanding issues).  A consolidated BPS Guidance book is due in the New Year.
