More Spending Cuts for DEFRA

Following the Chancellors Autumn Statement the Office of Budget Responsibility has forecast that by 2019/20 public spending would fall to its lowest level in 80 years. DEFRA has already seen significant budget cuts over the past few years, its 2015/16 budget has been set at just £2.14 billion, down from with £2.31bn in 2014/15 and £2.9bn in 2010/11.
