Milk Production December 17, 2014 12:00 am UK milk production looks to be easing. Latest figures from the RPA report deliveries for November stood at 1,117.4 million litres. Although still 4.7% higher than for the same period last year this is the lowest year-on-year monthly difference this milk year. Cumulative production to the end of November stands at 9,677.5 million litres, 7.5% more than at the same time last year. Butterfat for November is 4.11% compared to 4.18% last year. Cumulative butterfat now stands at 3.96%.
