Milk Market Observatory Launched

The European Commission has launched a European Milk Market Observatory. The Observatory will gather data on dairy prices, production and consumption levels for the EU and the global market.  Stakeholders will be able to access the collated data as well as market analysis and outlook reports.  This is part of the preparation for the end of milk quotas in March 2015 – the idea is to provide transparent market data to enable the EU milk market to operate efficiently.
