Labour Pledges Badger Cull Halt

The Labour Party will make a manifesto promise to halt the culling of badgers to control bovine TB.  It will pledge to stop both the pilot culls currently underway, or any future national roll-out.  The coalition Government has stated that any expansion of the policy will only be decided after the General Election.
