Kendall becomes President of the World

The former NFU President, Peter Kendall, has been appointed President of the Rome-based World Farmers Organisation.  The Organistation aims to strengthen farmers’ position within supply chains with a particular focus on smallholders.  Kendall has pledged, duriing his two year term, to raise awareness of the organisation and continue the work of previous President, Robert Carlson.
