Hovis Switches Back To British

Hovis has announced that it will return to using 100% British wheat in some of its products from next month, the first time since 2012. However Head of Customer Marketing, Tim Drummer, has admitted that the company may be forced, at times, to use imports when British wheat supplies tighten.  Readers will recall, following the poor harvest in 2012, when wheat quality was hit badly, Hovis announced it would have to use imported wheat.
