Good Practice Guide for Rent Reviews May 3, 2013 12:00 am The Tenant Farming Forum (TFF) has published a brief ‘best practice’ guide for the conduct of rent reviews in Scotland. This is designed to help the parties understand the process and timetable of a rent review. It can be found via – http://www.tenantfarmingforum.org.uk/tff/pubs.aspx The TFF will be producing a more comprehensive ‘Practitioners’ Guide to Scottish Agricultural Rent Reviews’ in the autumn. The TFF is a forum where various representative bodies meet (NFUS, STFA, SLE, etc.) to discuss issues relating to the letting of farmland. The aim is to promote a healthy tenanted sector.
