Food Fraud Research Grants

Grants of £1.87m have been awarded to five projects to explore the issues behind food fraud.  The grants, provided by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and the Food Standards Agency (FSA) have granted funds to a number of Universities to undertake research over the next 2 years.  For more details see – http://www.esrc.ac.uk/news-and-events/press-releases/31583/master-challenge-the-uk-food-system.aspx
