Environmental Stewardship (ES) handbooks December 17, 2012 12:00 am The 4th Edition of the Environmental Stewardship (ES) handbooks are now available on-line at http://publications.naturalengland.org.uk/ The new handbooks are effective from 1st January 2013 and will become the legal basis for all agreements which commence or are renewed from this date. The books detail the changes, including five new options and changes to some titles, points value and prescriptions – see Bulletin 06(12) for details.
