DEFRA CAP Consultation

DEFRA is due to launch its consultation on the implementation of CAP reform in England in the second week of October.  Wales has already started its discussions with the industry (see article in July).  There is no indication yet of when the Scottish Government might consult – they seem to somewhat behind the rest of Great Britain as they wrestle with the difficult issue of regionalisation.
