Commission Allows BPS Extension March 19, 2015 12:00 am The European Agriculture Commissioner Phil Hogan has today (19th March) confirmed that Member States will be allowed an extension to the BPS deadline to Monday 15th June instead of 15th May for 2015. This also applies to Pillar 2 schemes ( Environmental Stewardship annual claim requirement). DEFRA is yet to formally confirm that the deadline will apply in England (expected tomorrow) and there has been no word from Scotland and Wales.
