Cereal Quality Survey

The HGCA has released the final results for its 2013 Cereal Quality Survey.  These prove to be not much different from the provisional figures released in October (see Bulletin 10(13)).  Not surprisingly, results reveal that the wheat quality this year is much better than in 2012. The table summarises the ‘all-wheat’ category:
