CAP Simplification Plans October 30, 2015 12:00 am EU Farm Commissionee, Phil Hogan, has stated that he is open to assessing more than just the EFA Greening measures under his CAP simplification agenda. It may be possible to make technical changes to the basic CAP Acts. This could include reviewing the definition of Active Farmer. However if any changes were to be made to the Acts it is unlikely this would happen before the Mid term review in 2018.
