CAP Reform Analysis July 18, 2013 12:00 am We have now produced an initial analysis of the CAP reform agreement. This provides much more detail on many of the areas we highlighted in our article of the 27th June, and adds additional commentary. We also give some updated payment estimates for England through to 2019. It is a rather lengthy document, so we have made it available as a pdf (to download or read on screen).
