BPS Form Mail-out April 8, 2015 12:00 am The RPA has announced that pre-populated BPS forms in England will start to be sent out from Monday 13th April. As previously stated, these will go out via e-mail (unless the RPA has no e-mail address for the claimant, in which case it will be posted). Where Agents have been given a ‘submit’ level of permission then it should be the Agent who receives the form. What happens where more than one person in a firm has this level of permission is not yet clear. It has not been indicated how long the mail-out process will take. It is likely to take longer than a week, but it is probable that all BP5 forms should be out by the end of the month. The RPA has also published some new guidance on how to make a BPS application.
