BPS Deadline Passed June 17, 2015 12:00 am The extended BPS deadline for applications without penalty passed on midnight on the 15th June for farmers in Scotland and England. The RPA received 84,500 applications out of an expected 86,000 before the deadline. Of these 7,300 were completed by email, 76,000 on paper and 1,200 using the online system, Sitifarmer. An estimated 20,711 applications were received in Scotland, of which 65% were complete online. In 2014 the Scottish Government received 21,730 applications.
