Beet Harvest – Feb ’16

With all factories now having completed the 2015 crop campaign, it seems it has been another good year for beet yields.  The average for last year’s crop looks likely to be around the 74 tonne per Ha mark.  This is the third-highest ever, coming in behind only last year (79.8 adjusted tonnes per Ha) and 2011 (75.6 tonnes).
