Autumn Statement Date September 9, 2016 12:00 am The Chancellor, Philip Hammond, has set November 23rd as the date for the Autumn Statement. There may be more than usual to digest from this year’s policy announcement as it has been suggested that the Chancellor will use the Statement to ‘reset’ economic policy in the wake of the Brexit vote.
