Asulam 2014 Dates

The Chemicals Regulation Directorate has agreed a notice of authorisation for the 2014 asulam spraying seasons. The Braken Control Group expects the 2014 dates to be as follows;

• May 18 – Start of the 120 day emergency authorisation period.
• July 1 – Start of asulam product application
• September 16 – Sale and Distribution of asulam stops but usage is still allowed.
• October 31 – Asulam use stops
