Agricultural Statistics

A couple of publications have emerged this month providing some detailed statistical analysis of the farming sector.  In England. ‘Agriculture in the English Regions’ (see https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/agriculture-in-the-english-regions) provides a breakdown of the performance of the industry across the different parts of the country.  In Scotland, the ‘Economic Report on Scottish Agriculture’ (see http://www.gov.scot/Topics/Statistics/Browse/Agriculture-Fisheries/PubEconomicReport) does a similar job for farming north of the border.
