Agri-Tech Projects announced

It has been announced that 15 projects will receive Agri-tech funding. £12.1 million of government funds will be topped up by £5.7 million from industry. The projects cover a range of topics and sectors including developing technology for organic natural based pesticides, optimising ‘big data’ to drive improvements in crop production and utilisation and ground and aerial sensors to improve wheat.
