Ag Chem Takeover

It is reported that the German company Bayer is considering a takeover of Monsanto.  This further rationalisation of the crop-protection and seed breeding sector comes following ChemChina’s purchase of Syngenta and the merger of DuPont and Dow’s agricultural interests.
