AECS Opens February 17, 2016 12:00 am The Agri Environment Climate Scheme (AECS) application window for 2016 is now open. The round opened on the 29th January and will close on the 15th April 2016. There have been some (minor) changes to options, targeting statements and scheme guidance as a result of a review of the 2015 scheme.
