Active Farmer Certificate

Those who submitted an Active Farmer certificate, completed by an accountant or solicitor, are having the originals returned.  The RPA has retained a copy for their records but the originals must be kept.  Rather than completing this each year it seems possible that the 2015 certificate can be submitted again with future claims if there is no change in circumstances
